Joseph A. Samreta
Joseph Samreta has nearly 20 years of legal experience defending individuals and entities, including governmental entities, in litigation throughout the state of Indiana. A former Deputy Attorney General, Joseph represented the state in criminal and civil appeals before the Seventh Circuit, Indiana Supreme Court, and Indiana Court of Appeals. Since 2002, Joseph has represented counties, cities, towns, police departments, elected officials, government employees, businesses, and individuals in a wide array of areas including governmental tort liability, federal civil rights suits, and other civil litigation matters.
Joseph has presented at training sessions and continuing legal education seminars on topics related to civil litigation. He also serves on the boards and committees of various organizations.
