Professional Experience
Joseph Hendel has regularly counseled and represented governmental entities, businesses and individuals regarding a variety of civil litigation matters. He has practiced civil litigation for much of his career and has experience in defending a wide range of claims in both state and federal courts. Mr. Hendel also has extensive experience in representing clients before Indiana’s appellate courts and has been counsel of record in many appeals. He has been an associate in the firm since 2014. Mr. Hendel began his legal career at the Indiana Court of Appeals where he served as a judicial clerk for two judges.
