Michael R. Morow
On September 13, 2018, partner Michael Morow passed away. He will missed by everyone at the firm, his colleagues in the plaintiff and defense bars, and his clients. Michael especially enjoyed interacting with and representing the firm’s local government entity clients. He often mentioned this interaction as his favorite aspect of practicing law. His career included a clerkship Indiana Supreme Court Justice Alfred J. Pivarnik, and practice in Indiana, Illinois, and New Mexico. He has been active in civil litigation throughout his 37 year career, and has 33 years’ experience in representing local government in the defense of claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and state torts. In addition to his law practice, Michael was an avid novelist having published two novels, student of the arts and accomplished artist, and hiker, especially enjoying mountain hiking in Colorado. Michael’s wit, civility, and humor will be missed by all.
