Stephenson Morow & Semler is an eight attorney law firm which represents Indiana governmental entities in civil rights claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, employment-related claims, zoning and tort litigation, and related matters. The firm has represented counties, cities, school corporations, towns and public officials throughout the state. Defense assignments are secured through the insurers for the respective governmental entities. The firm also conducts seminars and risk management training for insurers, sheriff’s departments, highway departments and other agencies.
